Job Title: Senior Consumer Insights Analyst

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consumer Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer and Marketplace Insights function, you will be responsible for developing high-impact insight-based recommendations that drive brand strategies to win in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate insights through syndicated research/market data and manage custom research studies to optimize base business and innovation success.
  • Help brands understand market trends and prioritize understanding the 'why behind the what'.
  • Nurture business knowledge through Nielsen/Circana POS/Panel Data.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly state of the business sales reporting.
  • Drive insight generation through custom research to optimize base business and innovation success.
  • Understand consumer behavior through primary, custom research with qualitative and quantitative studies.
  • Frame, design, analyze, and present study results.
  • Create consumer empathy/understanding across the business team.
  • Collaborate across the Consumer and Marketplace Insights function to leverage scale and increase speed.
  • Act with a business-owner mindset and be motivated by the big-picture impact of research and insights.
Requirements:
  • B.A./B.S. in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or Sociology or equivalent degree required.
  • Relevant Master's degree or MBA preferred but not necessary.
  • 5+ years of marketing research experience.
  • Consumer packaged goods company preferred.
  • Candidate must possess a strong drive for results with a passion for the consumer and marketing.

  • Brand Knowledge & Advocacy - Role-modeling brand expertise and engaging real consumers to optimize brand strategy and plans.
