Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time role within the automotive sector offering a competitive salary range of $35,000 to $100,000 annually. In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to determine necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Diagnose issues, including electrical and mechanical problems, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools.
  • Replace and repair automotive components as needed.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake services, tire rotations, and more.
  • Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs conducted.
  • Test-drive vehicles to ensure repairs meet safety and performance standards.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as an Automotive Technician, with a preference for those familiar with Subaru vehicles; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Possession of basic automotive hand tools and proficiency in computerized diagnostic equipment.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Familiarity with automotive systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
