Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at IR Management LLC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu items to meet the expectations of our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare pizzas and other menu items to order, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Culinary Expertise: Maintain a high level of culinary expertise, staying up-to-date on the latest cooking techniques and trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other members of the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are stocked and organized.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen, with a focus on pizza preparation.
  • Culinary Skills: Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills, as well as knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with other team members and management.
Physical Demands
  • Standing and Walking: Constant standing and walking, with occasional stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds, with frequent reaching and turning.
  • Environmental Exposures: Occasional exposure to cold, heat, and water, with frequent flexing and rotation of the wrist and spine.
