Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of private residences and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining properties, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout assigned properties, including bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas. Wash dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans, and wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors.
  • Stock Management: Wash and stock towels, washcloths, and hand towels in bathrooms, and fold laundry and put away as needed.
  • Additional Tasks: Pick up and empty trash containers, load washer and dryer as needed, and notify maintenance if something is not working correctly.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional, with the ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times, and stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift, and pull
