  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floor to meet high standards of cleanliness.
  • Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products to ensure a comfortable environment for members.
  • Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager, including toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, and gym equipment.
  • Follow the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately.
Requirements
  • Custodial experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work third shift is a must, as this position may require evening or overnight hours.
  • Honesty and a strong work ethic are necessary for success in this position.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and make sound decisions.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions with members and colleagues, using appropriate behavior and language.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required, and candidates must be at least 18 years old.
  • CPR/AED certification is required for this role.
Physical Demands
  • Continual standing and walking during shift, with occasional sitting or kneeling.
  • Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shift, with occasional climbing or balancing.
  • Occasional lifting of objects over 80 pounds, with proper lifting techniques.
  • Exposure to toxic chemicals may occur occasionally.
