Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to perform clerical and administrative functions in our office.
As a key member of the Palmetto Asphalt Sealing & Striping team, you will be responsible for driving company success by planning and scheduling appointments and events, greeting and assisting onsite guests, answering inbound telephone calls, developing and implementing organized filing systems, and performing all other office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Greet and assist visitors
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems
- Perform various office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in office administration or related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
