About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Sports Product Lead to join our team in New York, NY. As a key member of our product leadership, you will be responsible for defining and delivering high-quality digital products that meet the evolving needs of our users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in leading digital product development efforts, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making will be invaluable assets to our organization.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $190,000 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs and preferences, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and editorial, to define and deliver high-quality digital products that meet user needs and drive business growth.
  • Leverage data analysis and insights to inform product development decisions, prioritize features, and optimize user experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, product managers, engineers, designers, and other team members, to ensure clear understanding and alignment on product goals and priorities.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project milestones and deadlines.
  • Evaluate and improve product performance, identifying areas for enhancement and optimizing user engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products, driving business growth, and improving user experiences.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
