Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make personalized product recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge and sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new releases and promotions, to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new products and promotions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
