Responsibilities


• Prepare and present menu items to guests.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments.

• Engage with customers to ensure superior customer satisfaction, responding to their needs and concerns.

• Enter sales into the cash register system to ensure accurate recording of purchases.

• Perform closing duties, including cleaning, product storage, and trash removal, to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Provide quick, efficient, and friendly service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience.

• Verify the age of customers ordering alcohol and suggestively sell and up-sell items to enhance the guest experience.

• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area, adhering to company standards and procedures.

• Collaborate with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.

• Perform arithmetic operations involving United States monetary units (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications


• Applicants must be at least years of age to apply.

• Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Must be able to work fluently in English, communicating effectively with guests and colleagues.

• Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions, adapting to changing weather conditions.

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing - pounds, occasionally pounds, up and down stairs/ramps, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

• Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
