Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize extensive knowledge of the automation landscape to devise implementation strategies for Tricentis Tosca/LiveCompare and other related products, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Create and execute automated test scripts utilizing Tricentis Tosca for payroll applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements, establish test cases, and identify testing scenarios for payroll functionalities.
  • Conduct thorough testing of payroll systems to ensure accuracy, dependability, and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Implement test automation frameworks and best practices to optimize testing processes and enhance test coverage.
  • Perform root cause analysis of defects, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to uphold system integrity and performance.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in automation testing and the payroll domain to foster innovation and improve testing strategies.
  • Oversee Tricentis Tosca Automation & LiveCompare implementations, including the installation and configuration of Tricentis LiveCompare in client environments.
  • Mentor junior team members, provide technical support, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to encourage continuous learning of Tosca tools.
  • Implement best practices to achieve value outcomes from impact analysis, aligned with customer processes.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical consultants to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Hands-on experience with the Tricentis Tosca automation tool for SAP GUI and web applications.
  • Manage test data effectively.
  • Utilize DEX agents for parallel execution.
  • Configure the Tosca environment for development and execution.
  • Employ scripting languages such as Java, Python, or VBScript.
  • Manage version control systems like Git, continuous integration tools like Jenkins, and test management tools like Jira.
  • Write custom control code for Tosca.
  • Identify at-risk SAP applications with Tosca LiveCompare, detect broken tests due to SAP screen changes, and pinpoint affected SAP and security roles related to SAP updates.
  • Experience in a blended delivery model, working both onshore and offshore.
  • Tricentis Tosca certification and a solid understanding of Workday, SAP payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements are advantageous.
