We are seeking a highly qualified Diagnostic Radiology Professor to join our team at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso. As a key member of our faculty, you will contribute to the university's mission through teaching, research, and service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services and teaching of diagnostic radiology
- Interpret x-rays in all modalities of diagnostic radiology
- Mentor and instruct residents, fellows, and medical students in research projects
- Lecture and hold conferences, and participate in related meetings and school functions
- Engage in advancement of scientific knowledge through research and/or scholarship
- Serve the academic community through participation in institutional governance
- Contribute to the community through academically-related public service
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Texas Medical Licensure, or eligible for licensure in the State of Texas
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in diagnostic radiology
- Training and experience in all imaging modalities
- Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology
- Emerging or established regional or national reputation
