Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
- Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals.
- Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation.
- Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc.
- Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies.
Requirements:
- Bartending experience in a hotel or related setting.
- Record of delivering exceptional guest experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
- Team Player with a guest first attitude.
- Minimum age of 21 years old.
