Satellite Manufacturing Technician Specialist

The MFG Assembly Technician II will operate standardized processes, driving workmanship quality into every activity they perform. Their work will continue on and be launched into space to provide internet access to unserved and underserved people around the world.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble with emphasis to detail mechanical/electrical of satellite components, sub-assemblies, and integration of final vehicle assembly fabricating and/or processing materials into complex manufactured products in a Cleanroom and ESD control environment
- Build solar modules and solar arrays
- Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
- Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
- Identify equipment requirements process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory
- You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables
- Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
- Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using forklifts, pallet jacks, etc)
- Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety procedures
- Shift will vary, depending on program needs
- Flexible working/commuting in between site locations
