As a Freight Forwarder at DSV, you will play a crucial role in coordinating international shipments and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing customs documentation and ensuring accurate and timely clearance of shipments.
- Coordinating with clients and carriers to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
- Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Communicating with clients to provide updates on shipment status and resolving any concerns they may have.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating international shipments, including air and ocean freight.
- Managing customs documentation, including commercial invoices and bills of lading.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, including those related to customs, taxes, and trade.
- Communicating with clients and carriers to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
- Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
