  • Assist the sales team by providing top-notch customer service to current and potential customers to help increase weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of all the data during customer renewal or acquisition enrollment processes.
  • Attend meetings in person and via Zoom to increase client knowledge and drive sales.
