  • Load and unload trailers in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of finished materials.
  • Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are organized and well-maintained.
  • Read and follow detailed instructions and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Plant manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Corrugated industry experience is also preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Stable work history and a flexible schedule are required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate industrial equipment are essential.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen, health assessment, background check, and reference check.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and reliable individuals are preferred.
  • Forklift certification is required, and certification for International Paper is a plus.
  • Computer skills and the ability to complete all required paperwork are necessary.
  • Basic math calculations and attention to detail are required.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area is essential.
