Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Masonry Foreman who will lead a team specializing in brick and block construction for commercial projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising a team of masons on various commercial masonry projects.
  • Interpreting blueprints and ensuring precise execution of masonry tasks.
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors.
  • Overseeing the installation of bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment and mentoring junior masons.
  • Managing procurement of materials and estimating project costs.
  • Conducting inspections and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Coordinating with other trades and providing updates on project progress.
  • Maintaining project documentation and staying informed about industry developments.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Masonry Foreman in brick and block construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial masonry practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations.
  • Expertise in selecting appropriate brick and block materials.
  • Capability to accurately estimate materials and costs.
  • Proficiency in operating masonry tools and equipment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license.
