About the Role:
Resource 1 is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing software applications, particularly focusing on web development and content management systems.
Work Environment:
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship and share your technical knowledge with team members.
- Conduct testing and implement scripts, programs, and modules.
- Develop specifications in accordance with industry best practices and standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in React development.
- Experience with .Net development.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years in programming and designing solutions within a content management system.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, decision-making skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Java, JSP, and WebSphere technologies.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
