We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at BrightView. As a key member of our branch leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving sales growth, and overseeing field operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee field operations, including supervising a Production Manager and ensuring quality and service expectations are met.
- Proactively present site enhancement ideas to clients and generate referrals to support sales growth.
- Develop accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the branch's financial goals.
- Assist in overall leadership of the branch, maintaining satisfactory accounts receivable levels, and coordinating with the Branch Administrator to ensure up-to-date client information.
- 1 year minimum of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry.
- An associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry, or local marketplace.
