Radius Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Blood Bank Laboratory Supervisor to lead our laboratory team. As a Blood Bank Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
  • Comfortable in a high-volume setting.
  • Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation.
  • Supervise and train laboratory staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • ASCP or equivalent certification required.
  • BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required.
  • 2 years of experience as a Blood Bank Supervisor required.
  • Comfortable working in all areas of the lab.
