Position Overview:
The Fitness & Wellness Services Coordinator serves as the primary contact for individuals entering and inquiring about the center. This role requires effective multitasking in a dynamic yet inviting atmosphere.
Work Schedule:
- Sundays: 11:00am-3:00pm
- Mondays: 10:00am-2:00pm
- Tuesdays: 10:00am-2:00pm
- Thursdays: 2:00pm-6:00pm
- Fridays: 9:00am-1:00pm (Summer Hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and members
- Maintain precise records of appointments, cancellations, and transactions
- Function as the main switchboard operator, staying informed about all activities
- Provide information on fitness and specialized programs, effectively facilitating sales
- Engage with members to foster community relationships
- Assist with monitoring spa operations to ensure efficiency
- Learn and effectively use Guest Services software
- Support specialty sales, events, and overall program marketing
- Promptly report any issues to management
- Stay informed about center activities to assist Control Desk Staff
Qualifications:
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Proven customer service experience
- Preferred certifications in First Aid and CPR / AED
- Team-oriented with strong computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
- Experience with Daxko software is advantageous
