Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to agents, distribution partners, and internal and external customers.
  • Manage and process applications, including reviewing and verifying information, and making decisions within prescribed policies and limits.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates on case status.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve daily production goals and improve overall efficiency.
  • Analyze complex information, identify solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce turnaround time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
