Job Title: Pediatric Care Specialist
ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated Pediatric Care Specialist to support an elementary student with complex medical needs in Revere, MA. This full-time role involves working closely with the student to ensure their health is monitored and managed effectively throughout the school day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one nursing care for a student with high needs, including diabetes and autism.
- Administer medications and perform health monitoring throughout the day.
- Support the student's daily activities to ensure a safe learning environment.
- Communicate and collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate health documentation and records.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in Massachusetts.
- Experience working with high-needs children, particularly those with diabetes and autism.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior school experience is a plus, but not required.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday.
- 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM.
