Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Greet every customer with a smile and use the F.A.S.T. service model to meet their needs. Engage with customers in friendly conversation, ask open-ended questions, and escort them to the desired product.
- Sales and Service: Process customer transactions efficiently and professionally at the cutting counter and cash register. Utilize product knowledge to suggest services and build strong customer relationships.
- Team Leadership: Assist the Store Management team in leading the store team members, observing and coaching individuals, and performing operational duties such as opening and closing the store.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment
- Availability: Part-time status requires open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Competitive Pay: $16.28-$26.50 per hour
