Position Overview

The Privacy Operational Risk Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of operational risks associated with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) processing. This position is essential for ensuring compliance and operational efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the direct management of a team responsible for executing PII Processing Validations.
  • Generate, review, and disseminate production reports to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Facilitate the coordination and resolution of escalations effectively.
  • Provide regular updates to the AVP and management regarding team progress and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with team members conducting validations to identify and mitigate roadblocks and delays.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in conducting comprehensive reviews such as audits, process evaluations, and gap assessments, along with the ability to manage production delays.
