Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
  • Assist individuals with their daily living needs, such as personal hygiene and medication management
  • Support individuals in developing their skills and abilities, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Assist individuals in participating in community activities and events
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that individuals receive comprehensive support and care

Requirements

  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
