About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their full potential and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and function in our residents.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our residents.
  • Provide education and training to residents and their families on proper exercise techniques and self-care strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy to ensure the highest quality care for our residents.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Appropriate education level and certifications as required by state licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
