Job Summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Sprinkler System Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair to commercial, industrial, and residential sprinkler systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive service calls from our Service Resource Center and diagnose equipment/system malfunctions
  • Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and operational product manuals
  • Exhibit effective customer service skills and communicate with district staff and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 5 years of documented experience in the Fire Sprinkler/Suppression industry
  • Current (F Card) State Fire Protection License or Journeyman License valid
  • Ability to travel and participate in an on-call rotation schedule
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
