Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipefitter to join our team at National Aerospace Solutions, LLC. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing high-pressure and complex piping systems, setting up and operating tools and equipment, and installing, modifying, repairing, and maintaining piping systems and sprinkler systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of high-pressure and complex piping systems
  • Set up and operate all tools and equipment common to the trade
  • Locate and position pipes and fittings
  • Measure and cut pipe
  • Cut threads with pipe dies and stocks
  • Fabricate complex pipe work of all types
  • Install, modify, repair, and maintain piping system and sprinkler system for carrying air, gas, steam, water, sewage, drainage, oil, fuels, and other liquids or gases
  • Make flange, bell and spigot, screw, and ring connections
  • Install valves
  • Perform burning and tack welding and other related duties as required
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Four (4) years of progressive pipefitting experience which may have been as an apprentice in the trade
  • Pre-employment Welding Test: Must be able to successfully complete and maintain Welder Performance Qualification tests in accordance with ASME Section IX
  • Valid State Driver's License
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to understand, give and take directions
  • Current United States Citizenship required
Preferred Qualification
  • Basic and Advanced Rigging Training
