We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Consultant to join our team at the Defense Health Agency. As a key member of our population health management team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs to improve health outcomes for our beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement population health strategies
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on population health management best practices
- Conduct research and analysis to inform population health management decisions
- Current, active, valid and unrestricted nursing licensure in any state or province of the United States
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Immunizations required
- Pre-employment physical due to heavy lifting
