PSSR Manager

Komatsu is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the construction, mining, forestry, forklift, and industrial machinery markets. As a PSSR Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the Komatsu East region.

• Work closely with PSSRs to provide support to new and existing customers, promoting all Komatsu corporate and local initiatives.
• Collaborate with the General Management Team to identify areas of focus and implement strategies to improve product support market share in the assigned territory.
• Provide input on annual goal setting for the PSSR work group and review parts and service trends across Komatsu East.
• Identify market opportunities within PSSR regions for Komatsu/Allied Products and 3rd party equipment, working to implement ways to support these opportunities based on demographic analysis.
• Coach PSSRs to stay on task, conducting quarterly in-person meetings and monthly TEAMS meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.

• At least 10 years of experience in the equipment or related industry with direct product support and sales experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and excellent time management and problem-solving skills to independently handle diverse business needs.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to procure cooperation of team members.
• Prior management/leadership experience a plus.
