Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team on a PRN basis. As a critical care specialist, you will provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process and collaborate with other members of the healthcare delivery team to deliver quality healthcare.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current RN licensure in Texas or compact state
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification (GNs must obtain within six months from date of hire or transfer)
- 1-2 years of critical care experience (CCRN, TNCC preferred)
