Automotive Customer Service Consultant

In this role, you will manage incoming calls from customers who have general inquiries or wish to arrange service appointments. Upon their arrival at the dealership, you will warmly welcome them and ensure we have a precise understanding of their vehicle concerns. You will serve as the intermediary between our Service Technicians and the customer, clearly articulating all suggested services and obtaining approval for necessary repairs. You will provide honest and precise estimates regarding labor and parts, ensuring that all charges are accurately billed.
The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 6:30am to 4pm with a Saturday rotation.

- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Proficient phone and computer skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is highly preferred
