Resumen:

Para garantizar que todas las solicitudes de servicios técnicos comunes se atiendan para satisfacer o superar las expectativas de los clientes utilizando las herramientas y capacitación proporcionadas.

¿Qué harás?

  • Onboard, apoyar y enganchar a los socios de Veritext
  • Priorizar, asignar y resolver todas las llamadas, mensajes de voz, correos electrónicos, solicitudes de soporte y otros problemas técnicos informando problemas técnicos
  • Atender la reconocimiento de problemas, investigación, resolución y seguimiento, remitiendo problemas más complejos a líderes
  • Administrar los resultados asociados con un proyecto priorizando, rastreando y completando las tareas asignadas
  • Servir como soporte para algunos software de Veritext relacionados
  • Proporcionar asistencia a videógrafos, reporteros digitales e independientes contratados según sea aplicable (por ejemplo, direcciones, mi equipo no funciona, problemas logísticos, etc.); remitir a un colega de Veritext apropiado si es necesario
  • Colaborar con varios stakeholders internos y externos con objetivos similares
  • Evaluar a los contratistas independientes para la garantía de calidad con regularidad

¿Quién eres?

  • 1+ años de experiencia relacionada
  • Capacitado en MS Office requerido
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de creación de contenido como Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator y Acrobat altamente deseable
  • Experiencia en la industria de reporteros de corte un plus
  • Capacitado con varios formatos de audio y video
  • Capacitado en software de contenido relevante y aplicaciones de soporte remoto
  • Oriente a la atención al cliente con habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal fuertes
  • Dedicado profesional con la capacidad de responder a solicitudes de manera oportuna y precisa
  • Debe ser detallista, organizado y capaz de multitarea y trabajar bajo presión para cumplir o superar plazos
  • Proactivo y motivado con habilidades de resolución de problemas y seguimiento fuertes
