  • Manage the activities of individual caregivers
  • Promote quality care and services to our residents

  • Respect residents' confidentiality
  • Be familiar with emergency equipment and procedures
  • Attend required training, in-service, and staff meetings
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Perform other LVN duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or state-specific licensed nurse credential
  • Valid LVN license and active certifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
  • Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Minimum of six months experience working with seniors in assisted living, home health, independent living, hospital, or long-term care environment
