Position Overview

Are you an experienced technician eager to contribute to a team focused on maintaining high-quality properties? We are looking for a dependable individual to manage the maintenance of one of our facilities. As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will engage in a variety of technical tasks, including repairing appliances, installing safety devices, and replacing light fixtures. Furthermore, you will oversee aesthetic improvements such as painting and window installations to ensure our environments remain inviting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to daily maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be equipped to manage urgent maintenance situations, including leaks and quick move-ins.
  • Conduct repairs on doors, locks, tiles, and handrails throughout the property.
  • Work closely with external contractors and suppliers.
  • Keep precise records and invoices for all maintenance activities performed.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in maintenance or trades.
  • Skilled in repairing equipment, particularly electrical and mechanical systems.
  • A genuine interest in improving living spaces while maintaining composure in challenging situations.
  • Strong capability to identify and resolve safety concerns effectively.
  • Additional skills in plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, or HVAC are advantageous.
