Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of sprinklers and kitchen hoods to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Prepare and share detailed inspection reports, complete with images and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the Scheduling team to coordinate inspections and ensure timely completion
- Work with the Service team to address any deficiencies or issues identified during inspections
- Maintain the company truck and equipment in good condition to ensure efficient and effective operations
Requirements:
- Strong technical background in fire sprinkler systems inspection and a solid understanding of industry standards
- Excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a quick learning ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Certifications in I.C.C. and NAFED are a plus
