Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to provide community-based therapy to our adult and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and be able to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic psychosocial evaluations and develop care plans with clients and their families.
- Provide individual, family, or group therapy as appropriate.
- Coordinate care with psychiatric consultants and refer clients for medication management as needed.
- Attend clinical team meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Meet productivity standards and focus on delivering high-quality clinical care.
Requirements
- Current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license issued by DPH.
