Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Canyon Vista Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing clinical care to patients in accordance with AWHONN standards and CVMC nursing policies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Active AZ or Compact RN License required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
- CPR, ACLS, and NRP certification required within 90 days of hire.
