Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Comprehensive Patient Care
    • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine diagnosis and treatment plans
    • Order and interpret medical diagnostics, including lab tests and imaging studies
    • Prescribe medications, treatments, and medical equipment as necessary
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team
    • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and specialists
    • Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure seamless care
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Medical Knowledge
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical research and best practices
    • Apply knowledge to improve patient outcomes and advance medical care
  • Meet Minimum Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited medical school and completed residency training program
    • Board certification in Pediatrics
    • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Wisconsin Board of Medical Practice
    • Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Wisconsin
    • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
