Customer Service Director

At North Los Angeles County Regional Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Director to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, social work, or a related field, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As a Customer Service Director, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating services for individuals and their families, ensuring that their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Documenting and completing forms and reports in accordance with regulations and NLACRC policies and procedures.
- Serving as an advocate for individuals served by community agencies, providing support and guidance to help them navigate the system.
- Scheduling and attending interdisciplinary meetings with individuals served, family members, service providers, and advocates.
- Identifying barriers to service delivery and implementing culturally sensitive strategies to overcome them.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or a related field.
- Two years of related experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
