Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Meadows of Kalida. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
