Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and execute project responsibilities associated with the company strategy to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Mentor less experienced teammates to enhance workflow control and team alignment.
  • Develop and maintain detailed Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Conduct thorough inventory and facility assessments.
  • Collaborate with vendors to grow knowledge and relationships.
  • Facilitate facilities management and move coordination, including preparation of client-driven reports and execution of complex furniture requests.
  • Develop master specifications, project budgets, and schedules.
  • Assist in proposal development and implementation of Project Management processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Facility Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least six years of experience in the field, with previous project management experience preferred.
  • NCIDQ certification and LEED and/or WELL certification desirable.
