Job SummaryMold Setup Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mold Setup Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a Mold Setup Specialist, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of complex multi-cavity molds with various types of hot runner systems. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing mold condition for preventative maintenance using check sheets, QA reports, pull shots, and visual inspection. Additionally, you will operate machine tools to fabricate and repair mold components, fixtures, and gauges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain complex multi-cavity molds
  • Analyze mold condition for preventative maintenance
  • Operate machine tools to fabricate and repair mold components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient mold setup and maintenance

Requirements
