We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Multifaceted Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating in multiple imaging modalities, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Operate in multiple imaging modalities with minimal supervision.
- Perform a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment.
- Ensure accurate and high-quality diagnostic examinations.
- Coordinate and prioritize procedures to maintain a high level of patient care and continuity.
- Ensure all charges are correctly coded and entered in the billing system.
- Demonstrate competence with all age-specific groups to ensure proper completion of studies.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards as outlined by State and Federal agencies, the hospital, and other regulatory entities.
- Perform all duties in a manner that protects the confidentiality of patients and does not solicit or disclose any confidential information.
- Demonstrate adherence to the Core values of CHRISTUS Health.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent required.
- ARRT, RT (R), or other qualified Registries per scope of practice.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Three (3) years' experience in a clinical Imaging setting is highly preferred.
- Registered by the (ARRT) American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
- Current state Licensure required.
- Current BLS (American Heart Association) required.
