About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Rockler Woodworking and Hardware. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
  • Assessing customers' needs and suggesting solutions to their problems

Requirements:

  • Energetic, self-motivated, listening and communication skills, bilingual a plus

  • Problem-solving and resolution skills
  • Flexibility to work a 5-day retail schedule (9:00a.m.- 6:00p.m M-Sat and 11:00a.m. -4: 00p.m for Full Time or Part Time), and designated holidays
  • Previous sales experience in retail sales environment is a plus, but not required
