About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness
  • Maintain restaurant equipment and perform daily tasks such as filtering oil fryers, cleaning equipment, and unloading delivery trucks
  • Take out and empty trash compactors, change light bulbs, and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure the restaurant is well-maintained and running smoothly
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
