Salary and Benefits
We offer an excellent benefits package for both full and part-time staff, including health and dental (must work a minimum of 30 hours), vision, life, short- and long-term disability insurance as well as a 401(k)-retirement savings plan. The estimated salary for this position is $20.00 per hour. Paid time off benefits include vacation, personal, sick and holidays. Job Description
The Awake Overnight Counselor will provide recovery-oriented psychosocial rehabilitation services and support to adults with mental health issues living in a group living environment. Responsible for delivering recovery-oriented, evidenced-based, trauma informed clinical interventions as identified on Persons' treatment plan with supervision from clinical staff during overnight hours. Provides advocacy and support to Persons living in a group living environment. The primary goal of this position is to facilitate the development of individuals' skills, enabling them to achieve independence and improve their quality of life.

Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent required, with a BA or BS preferred. Minimum of one year experience working with adults with major mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders preferred. MAP certification is required, along with the ability to learn about housing and basic computer skills. A valid driver's license with reliable transportation is also necessary.
