Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of human cell lines and primary cells
  • Cloning, plasmid preparation, and DNA/RNA extraction
  • Plan and perform in-vitro and ex-vivo cell-based assays
  • General laboratory maintenance and quality control

Requirements:

  • BS with 2 years of experience or Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience in molecular biology, virology, genetics, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in standard techniques, including cell culture, cloning, DNA/RNA extraction, and PCR
  • Computer skills using Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSL-2 work practices
  • Cell culture experience
  • Microbiology experience
  • Software proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and GraphPad Prism
