We are looking for committed educators to join our talented team, where we inspire children to become lifelong learners through our engaging, play-based curriculum. Our nurturing and dedicated staff ensure that children are equipped with the essential skills to succeed. We seek individuals who share our enthusiasm for the growth and development of young minds.
With locations across various regions and plans for future expansion, we are in need of skilled Teachers to join our team, whether on a part-time or full-time basis. We prioritize internal career advancement and support our staff in their Professional Pathway.
As a Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and participating in age-appropriate activities that promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for school by gradually introducing them to structured learning experiences, utilizing our established curriculum. Additionally, you will assist with daily childcare responsibilities, including feeding, changing, and nap times. Effective communication with parents and team members through our Classroom Management platform is essential. Lead Teachers will also oversee classroom activities, develop lesson plans, and respond to requests from the Assistant Director/Director.

Qualifications: In most regions, candidates must be at least 18 years old according to licensing standards. Some areas may consider applicants as young as 16. A high school diploma or GED is required for Teacher positions, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience or relevant degree/certification for roles above Assistant Director. Certain states may require Director Credentials in accordance with licensing regulations.
